Recently the NY Times published an Op-ed by Gary Steiner from a truly vegan point of view, not the sort of half-assery usually published by folks like Michael Pollan and Mark Bittman.
I know I've been posting a lot about various vegan nutritional sources, for things like Vitamin A, D, B, iron, calcium. I guess i finally got completely exasperated by people who want to tell me how being veg made them sick.
