I'm probably late to the blogging party on this, but did you hear the one about Chicago City Health Commissioner's plan to help Chicagoans get healthy in 2009? He wants them to go veg for the month of January.
If dessert was my downfall yesterday, today's downfall was the old nemesis: french fries. Like, lots of them. BUt again, that's the end of the day.
Breakfast:
More of those damn non-vegan chocolate-covered cherries
Soy Latte
Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Oatmeal
Lunch (Karyn's Cooked):
Lemonade
Potato Soup
1 piece each of Fried Tofu, Mushroom and Broccoli
Green Enchiladas (Potato enchiliadas with verde sauce, black beans and rice)

French Fries and more French Fries
I was happy to escape Chicago's bitter cold.
