iPhone apps for the Vegan

Should I be worried about getting enough protein on a vegetarian/vegan diet and what non-meat products can I eat to get protein? Thanks

Of course I'm not a nutritionist or doctor, so I can tell you that generally getting enough protein is very easy on a veg*n diet, and that generally most people eat way more protein than is necessary.

I get my protein from:
Soy products, like: Tofu, Edamame, Soy milk, Soy yogurt
Seitan (a wheat gluten product)
Meat substitutes that are either soy or wheat gluten based
Beans, particularly black beans or cannelini beans, which are my favorites
Nuts, particularly cashews
Peanut Butter

I'd look up Jack Norris RD, who is a registered dietician who writes a lot about vegan nutrition online.
