I had three goals I made as part of the BlogHer Good Health-athon: cook more healthfully, move more and floss more.
The "move more" has gotten short shrift after one month of the year. But yesterday I did go for a walk in the evening with a friend. It was pretty damn cold, so we made it a short one, but good to get out there. I'm also supposed to go for a walk tomorrow with another friend, so we'll see.
