Day 38: Back in the cooking saddle
Although I was still hungover from my Saturday allergy attack I got back in the cooking saddle last night, whiping up a little organic pasta and sauce action. Most of the day was spent relaxing, catching up on what was stored in our Tivo and getting my nails done...rough day ;)
Breakfast:
Odwalla Grapefruit Juice
Leftover Vegetarian Fried Rice (no egg)
Lunch:
Amy's Vegan Burrito
Snack:
The S.O. coerced me into trying a couple bite of Vegetarian Spring Roll with Organic Apricot Jam. Yes, it's as odd as sit sounds. No, it does not, as he claims, taste like Sweet and Sour Sauce.
Dinner:
Organic Fusilli
Sauce, made with: Olive Oil, Garlic, Basil, Onions, Leeks, Green Peas, Portabella Mushrooms, Veggie Ground "Meat" and Organic Spaghetti Sauce
