Day 252: Did not hit my target for my doctor's appt.
I think I had a goal that I would have lost 10 lbs since last year's annual exam. But I also couldn't remember exactly how much I weighed last time I was there. Still, I thought it was a reasonable goal, even without all the data.
But alas, I've only lost 6.5 lbs. since last year's annual exam. My blood pressure is better, though. Last year she wanted to "keep an eye on it", but this year it was right at 120/80. Could be better (and it used to be when I was younger) but still in the "normal" range.
Breakfast:

Lunch:
2 slices Sourdough Bread
Avocado
Trader Joes' Eggless Egg Salad with Nayonnaise and Celery
Ear of Corn w/Soy Margarine
Dinner:
Leftover veggie Fried Rice
2 Trader Joe's everything-free Waffles
Soy Margarine and Lite Syrup
