Day 244: The whole day seemed off
For the last two days I've fallen back into a bad habit I tried to erase: neglecting to eat until late late in the morning, thereby having a weird kind of brunch and then feeling really starved for dinner. I certainly know it's better to get some sustinence in the morning...to rev up both your brain and your metabolism, but it just hasn't been happening this week.

Leftover Vegetable Platter with Rice, Beans, Veggies, Avocado Salsa and Salsa Fresca
Dinner (Thai Orchid...more ordering in):
Fried Tofu with Peanut Sauce
Vegetarian Spring Rolls
Mushroom Coconut Soup
A little bit of Pad Thai (no egg of course.)
We ordered tons of food...just about every veggie item on the menu...and then I got so full up on the soup and appetizers that I never really hit the entrees. I have a feeling I'll be eating Thai food for days!! Not that there's anything wrong with that!
