I must, I really must, find a way of improving my habits when I have a day that I'm working at home without any outside meetings or appointments.
These days are quite common. And what I do is work far too many hours and stop only to throw together some random assortment food products to eat quickly while thinking about what I have to get back to my computer and do.
Day 155 was particularly challenging because I woke up at 4-ish, and by 4:30AM decided sleep was not going to re-visit me and just got up and got to work. (Yes, I went to bed earlier than normal, but at 9PM, so not that early.)
Breakfast:
Organic Corn Flakes
Organic Rice Milk
Organic Banana
Lemonade
Lunch:
1 slice Sourdough Bread with Tofutti Cream Cheese, Avcado Salsa and Trader Joe's Eggless Egg Salad
Mashed Potatoes with Soy Margarine
Grapes
Coconut Sorbet
Dinner:
Leftover Rice/Veggies/Pinto Beans with Avocado Salsa
I'm getting in a rut.
