Day 151: Must. Go. Shopping.
The big problem with working (mostly) from home is that you can go days without leaving it. You can fall into a sweats-clad, un-showered, scavenge in your cupboards existence for literally days at a time. The trouble is that you know you can't actually leave your house in that state, but it hardly seems worth it to gussy up to run a few errands. So you continue scavenging and ordering in.
Today I'm going out for the first time in over three days. And I know I better hit the bank and the grocery store while I'm out there, because god knows when I'll get out again!!!

Dinner (Golden Wok):
Vegetable Spring Rolls

Vegetable Fried Rice (no egg)

And your continuing ability to be a vegan who doesn't eat any actual vegetables will never cease to amaze me. :)
I'm trying to prove to the world that you can be a vegan and still eat the normal processed and microwaved diet of a red-blooded American!!
I went to Trader Joe's today, and I made certain to buy more vegetables...now the trick is actually cooking/making them.
