Day 150: Baked Vegetables and Gravy...how I missed you!
FYI: even as a vegan you can eat like a piggly-wiggly and gain weight. After almost 5 months of effortless, steady, gradual weight loss (you know the healthy kind) I finally had a week where my body said: "too many curly fries and avocado/guacamole meals for you!" Boo!!
Oh, well, it did motivate me to cook dinner last night instead of cajoling the S.O. into going for fast food.
Breakfast:
Beans, Rice and Avocado
Organic Pineapple Juice
Lunch:
Organic Carrots
1/4 Gardenburger Riblets
Beer
Dinner:
Baked Vegetables (Yam, golden and Red Potatoes) tossed in oilve oil, salt, pepper, garlic and cinnamon
Gravy, made from Nutritional Yeast, Soy Flour, Olive Oil, Rice Milk, Soy Sauce and Peas
