Too much guacamole? I'm confused...
Vegans can gain weight very easily, especially when food tastes so heavenly and your body gets more and more "purified". Eat lots of greens as vegetables fill you up easily and quickly without high calories. But every now and then you will just crave for the fried food. It is all part of going with the flow. Just enjoy your food and good luck!
