Day 109: Um, did I eat?
In reviewing my food journal for Monday I feel like I must have forgotten to write somethng down, but I don't actually think I did. Looks pretty sparse:
Breakfast:
Organic Corn Flakes
Organic Rice Milk
Dried Cranberries
2 slices of Sourdough Bread with Soy Margarine and Avocado
Lunch:
Soy Latte
Snap Peas
Walnuts
Dinner:
2 slices of Sourdough Bread with Soy Margarine and Avocado
Otter Pop (the S.O. bought some at Draeger's...talk about a blast form the past!
That's it. Seems very wrong, but I do think that's it!
